Day One

Today I decided to finish my free standing lace Christmas ornaments. Just an "R" for Rachel.  I'm using designs from Sonia Showwalter. No. 4 has been working fine so I left the room. Heard a clunk and came back to a mess.  The motor was overloaded and the embroidery snared up. Cut it out and went to eat my burnt breakfast.  I waited for the machine to cool down but the OK message never came up so I turned it off.  Luckily it restarted alright and I finished the ornament.
